The new Framework enables Providers to join onto an Open Framework ("Framework") for one or more Lots:
The new service, known as 'My Future, My Way' is designed to support young people across a range of settings, including 'Homes with Support', where staff may be based on-site in both regulated and unregulated services and Community Based Support. Community Based Support will extend beyond the home as a young person moves on, offering places they can visit for help, as well as opportunities to develop independence in their own accommodation.
