The contract will support two NRS sites to review current ways of working, identify challenges and improvement opportunities and co-develop a refreshed site vision and priorities with site leadership. The supplier will undertake site-specific operational reviews, facilitate leadership alignment workshops, and provide structured support to plan and deliver agreed improvement actions, including clear ownership, risk and issue management.
