The project includes building works throughout 103 Denmark Hill, a building comprising of basement, ground, first and second floor, that requires refurbishment to bring it back into a condition that is fit for use as meeting rooms and office accommodation. The refurbishment works will address identified maintenance issues, improve internal spaces and upgrade building services to support the intended administrative use of the building
