Passenger transport framework for Children with SEND, Looked after Children and Vulnerable Adults
The London Borough of Hackney is looking for appropriately qualified organisations to deliver Passenger Transport Services. This provision includes home-to-school transport for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as services for looked-after children and vulnerable adults.
This will be a multi supplier framework with approximately 20 providers for SEND Home to School Travel (LOT 1) and 20 Providers for Ad hoc- Taxi journeys ( LOT 2). We are particularly interested in providers that can provide added social value by actively reducing CO emissions.
The proposed framework is scheduled to begin on 1st April 2027 for an initial three-year term, with a provision for a one-year extension.
