Lyde Green Sports Pitches

To maintain a high standard and quality of grounds maintenance services to communal open spaces across 2 adult football pitches and 4 associated changing room facilities at Lyde Green. The service is to be executed by the Contractor in a manner that enhances the Employer's reputation for the maintenance of its communal areas. The Contractor must carry out the Work adopting the best horticultural practice; the creation and maintenance of visually pleasing horticultural features and the maintenance of rigorous standards of quality, discipline, cleanliness and tidiness including but not limited to: cleaning, litter picking, pitch marking, grass cutting, rolling, chain harrowing, weed control, hedge cutting, strimming, erection of football posts and nets, fertilise pitches, watering of pitches, pitch inspections, supply of water and supply of electricity.
