Service being tendered: Cardiff Council is releasing a tender for the provision of Security and Concierge Services to be provided across fourteen of their supported accommodation sites across Cardiff, including single and family accommodation, managed properties and a specialist young person’s model. Tenderers participating in procurements must register on the central digital platform (CDP). Tenderers can submit their core Tenderer information and, where a procurement opportunity arises, share this information with the contracting authority via the CDP. Where a Tenderer, it’s associated persons or sub-contractor provides exclusion grounds within their CDP submission, contracting authorities must or may exclude that Tenderer from the procurement, depending on whether the exclusion ground for which the Tenderer has been put is mandatory or discretionary. Mandatory exclusions are Defined in schedule 6 of the Procurement Act 2023 and Discretionary exclusions are Defined in schedule 7 of the Procurement Act 2023.
