The supplier will provide licenses required for Ofgem to utilise the hardware & software asset management system, it is a unified IT hardware, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and cloud asset management solution offered as SaaS. It provides various functionalities, including software license management, SaaS optimization, and cloud financial operations.

These services will focus on sustaining and optimising the asset management solution to ensure that it supports Ofgem's newly implemented Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Therefore, the supplier's solution shall support Ofgem to maintain data integrity and contribute to its objectives for service quality and operational efficiency through licence management and advanced reporting capabilities ensuring compliance and optimisation across its IT hardware and software licensing.
