2026 ESCR Consultancy Support

The contract provides specialist data migration services to support the transfer of data from CareDirector to Mosaic. The supplier is responsible for developing and managing the migration strategy, including data cleansing, ETL/SSIS package development, data validation, reconciliation of financial and client records, testing, and error resolution. The role also includes defining data structures, supporting the creation of a repository for non-migrated data, managing migration milestones and performance testing, and ensuring robust risk management processes are in place to deliver a successful, accurate, and auditable migration.
