Leeds Building Services (LBS) are responsible for the delivery of Flooring Supply & Fit across Leeds. The Council intends to appoint one contractor to each lot. A supplier may bid for one or both lots; however, the Council reserves the right to determine the final award strategy based on the outcome of the procurement.

Lot 2 Supply & Fit Flooring Housing – Repairs Management Areas R6-R9 (One Contractor Awarded)
