a. The Executive Master of Public Policy (EMPP) is designed to equip Civil Servants with the cutting-edge analytical skills required to deliver effective policy in an increasingly complex and interdependent world. The course is a unique partnership between the Civil Service and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
