The West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) requires the appointment of a property consultancy to undertake a strategic review of its office accommodation at 70 Redcliffe Street, Bristol. In response to continued organisational growth and evolving workplace requirements, the review will assess the suitability, capacity and functionality of the current office space against the Authority’s short-, medium- and long-term needs. The consultancy will identify and evaluate alternative accommodation options and provide independent property advice to support future decision-making. The commission will include an assessment of current and future accommodation requirements, a review of the existing office environment, options appraisal, market analysis, financial evaluation, stakeholder engagement and the preparation of an Outline Business Case with a recommended option. The project will ensure the MCA’s accommodation strategy remains fit for purpose, supports organisational growth and modern ways of working, delivers value for money, promotes collaboration and employee wellbeing, and meets relevant accessibility, sustainability and statutory requirements.
