The Council is seeking to contract the successful bidder on either the Kent County Council (t/a KCS Procurement Services) Framework Y21012 - Supply of Legal Services (Procurement & Contract Services) (Kent Framework) or the Orbis Public Law Framework - Lot 4 Legal Services for Commercial Law, Contracts & Procurement, Telecoms & IT Law and Construction Law (Orbis Framework). The bidder is asked to submit their Quote on the basis of either the Kent Framework or the Orbis Framework and indicate this on Supplier Self-Declaration and Form of Offer where indicated.
