The Council is carrying out soft market testing to gauge interest in this 12-month contract. The Service to be delivered is a Home Independence Support Service (HISS), which is the long-term home care element of the contract for people who need ongoing support to remain living independently at home. Typical services include Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, Medication support, assistance with meals and nutrition), Support with mobility and transfer and social inclusion and community access.
