Appointed Providers must have the ability to operate from any of the Authority’s designated Mid and South Essex sites, including Acute Hospital Sites and Community Diagnostics Centre’s: Locations will include: • Broomfield Hospital, Court Road, Broomfield, Chelmsford, CM1 7ET; • Broomfield Community Hospital, Chadwick Drive, Braintree, CM7 2AL • Basildon Hospital, Nethermayne, Basildon, SS16 5NL; • Pitsea Community Diagnostic Centre, Northlands Pavement, Pitsea, SS13 3DU • Southend Hospital, Prittlewell Chase Westcliff on Sea SS0 0RY[SP3.1] Engagement with suppliers will be undertaken through a combination of online meetings, in-person discussions, telephone discussions and written correspondence (including email), with organisations that are able to provide a Static Community MRI Managed Services. The engagement will concluded by the 14th August 2026. The engagement exercise will aim to establish a suitable procurement approach that meets the Contracting Authority's objectives. The engagement is exploratory in nature and is intended for information gathering purposes to inform the specification and to identify potential suppliers of the required services. In particular the PME seeks to: 1. Understand current solutions 2. Explore supplier capabilities and potential commercial models 3. Explore data requirements the contracting authority will need to provide 4.
