56-64 Conduit Street and 11 Burlington Place - Construction Works Main Contractor Design & Build

Appointment of a contractor to provide design and construction services for the redevelopment of 56-65 Conduit Street and 11 New Burlington Place, Westminster, London, comprising a combination of new-build and refurbishment works to deliver commercial office and retail/F&B accommodation.

The procurement will be conducted using a Competitive Flexible Procedure, consisting of mandatory conditions of participation followed by two stages of competitive tendering.

The successful contractor will initially be appointed under a short-form appointment to undertake a desktop design and buildability review. Subject to the satisfactory completion of this phase, the contractor will then enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) under a Minor Works Order to progress the technical design through RIBA Stage 4. On successful completion of the PCSA, the contractor will then be appointed under a Design and Build contract to deliver the main construction work
