Stoke-on-Trent City Council's Repairs and Maintenance Service's department are looking to appoint up to three contractors to carry out the internal and external alterations to Council owned properties withing the boundaries of Stoke-on-Trent.
The works will include (but are not limited to), level access showers, bathroom alterations, kitchen alterations, door widening, handrail installation and ramped access to properties.
