Hampshire County Council (HCC) has awarded a contract for the provision of Virtual Reality Training equipment and software, for Adopt South, the Regional Adoption Agency (a partnership of four local authorities - HCC, Isle of Wight Council, Portsmouth City Council and Southampton City Council).
