2026-051 Recruitment Campaign for Chief Economist

Ofgem requires the services of a supplier to conduct the following tasks for a Chief Economist role :

• Candidate pack design and delivery.
• Design attraction campaign.
• Manage applications and candidate questions prior to advert closing.
• Support open event
• Longlist pack
• Initial shortlist interviews
• Secondary shortlist pack confirmed by the Buyer
• Management and delivery of all assessments and staff engagement exercises (as required)
• Manage the interview process
• Offer process management
