Elloughton-cum-Brough Town Council has set an annual maximum budget of £25,000, excluding VAT, per annum for this tender specification. The price to be included in the tender form is to be the full inclusive value of the work described, including all profits, costs and expenses, inflation and all general risks, liabilities and obligations, but excluding VAT (if applicable).
