Contract Award Notice Publication
This Contract Award is being published retrospectively. The decision to directly award the contract was made on 18 July 2025, following the unexpected cessation of the incumbent provider's services, and the contract commenced on 1 August 2025 to ensure continuity of critical Technology Enabled Care Services. This is an 18 month contract which expires on 31 March 2027.
The required Contract Award was not published before entering into a public contract. As a result, this notice is being issued retrospectively to provide transparency regarding the original direct award decision and the circumstances that justified it. Any dates recorded within this notice relating to contract award or contract signature reflect the requirements of the publication system at the time of publishing and should not be interpreted as the date on which the original award decision was made or the contract commenced.
