It will be the responsibility of the contractors - and all operatives, employees or those tasks with delivering the specifications instructed by the contractor - and the Authorised Officers to know and understand these terms and specifications in order to apply them accordingly. Any deviation from the specification by either the Contractor or an Authorised Officer must be justifiable and fully explained to the other party, prior to commencing any works.
