Westminster City Council (WCC) has completed a competitive tendering exercise to award a new contract for Outreach services to support family hubs and children’s centres.
The tender has been awarded to Coram Family Lives. The provider Family Lives merged with Coram during the tender process.
Outreach is an essential part of the service design delivered from the Council’s three Children’s Centre Hubs. Outreach plays a pivotal role in working alongside the Early Help team in delivering their priorities, supporting early intervention and prevention, and heading-off costlier (human and financial) escalations; it is essential to the overall effectiveness of WCC Children’s Centres, Family Hubs, and multi-agency partnership working in the field of Early Help.

a befriending volunteer support Service for families with children aged up to 5 years
an Early Help volunteering service for families with children aged 0-15
