The redevelopment is anticipated to provide approximately 14–16 pitches and seek accommodation solutions that deliver long-term value, sustainability, energy efficiency, and suitability for the cultural needs of the Gypsy/Traveler community. The Council invites suppliers to provide feedback on available solutions, delivery approaches, lead times, innovation opportunities and indicative costs to help shape the procurement strategy, specification and delivery model. Any future accommodation solution should be designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with BS 3632:2015 Residential Park Homes (or equivalent) and satisfy the definition of a caravan under the Caravan Sites Act 1968 (Amendment of Definition of Caravan) (Scotland) Order 2019.. Please complete and return the questionnaire (attached document). Following this request, the Council will contact respondents to arrange sessions. All notes of interest to participate and any response to the questions above must be received by the Council no later than 12 Noon on 6th August 2026. |
