NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking to appoint a Voluntary, Community and Faith Sector (VCFS) organisation, or group to deliver the North Kensington Recovery Wellbeing Support Lead role.
This service forms part of the North Kensington Recovery Programme, which provides health and wellbeing support for communities affected by the Grenfell Tower fire.
Service Overview
The appointed provider will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a community-based wellbeing offer, delivered through a grant-funded model and grounded in strong local relationships with Grenfell-affected communities.

The contract will be for 3 years with a total contract value of £900,000. The start date of the contract will be 23 October 2026.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 as a Light Touch process, utilising a single-stage procedure.
The ICB is utilising an electronic tendering system (“E-Tendering Portal”) to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications, including the submission of Tender responses will be conducted solely via the following link:
