877 - Dunholme Villa Refurbishment at Park Campus - AWARD

The University of Gloucestershire wishes to procure enhancements to Dunholme Villa at its Park Campus, creating improved accommodation for the BA and MA Fine Art programmes to enhance the student experience.

The proposed commencement date of Phase 1 works is 22 June 2026.

The project will replace floor finishes, address decorative condition in the stairwell and adapt existing kitchen spaces to provide safe COSHH and kitchen facilities for student use.

The project will be delivered within a live campus environment.
