The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement with appropriate suppliers who will deliver 1:2:1 consultancy to up to 50 clients from Scottish Enterprise (SE) (up to 38 clients), South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE) (up to 6 clients), and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) (up to 6 clients) areas.
