The City of London Corporation (the City), as the Lead Commissioner, and Accountable Body, is seeking to commission Provider organisations with demonstrable experience in delivering complex health and social care services to deliver Inpatient Detoxification and Stabilisation (IPD) beds. This model will support both London residents and individuals who are sleeping rough or at risk of sleeping rough.

This initiative represents a significant opportunity to collaborate with partners across London to transform the delivery model for Inpatient Detoxification and Stabilisation (IPD) service. The aim is to create accessible, inclusive and responsive IPD delivery that supports health inclusion groups and contributes meaningfully to reducing health inequalities across the capital. The IPD provision will deliver a broad range of care to meet diverse and complex client needs.
A key feature of the IPD service will be the strategic distribution of IPD bedspaces to support equitable access with a particular emphasis on increasing availability within London and surrounding region of M25

This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system ‘City of London Corporation Sourcing & Contracts Portal’ (https://cityoflondon.ukp.app.jaggaer.com/). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate, and registration is free.
The estimated contract value given at sections 31 and 32 is for the full duration of the contract, including the maximum possible extensions. The estimated annual contract value is therefore £2,633,333.33
