Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has completed the Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 for the establishment of a multi-supplier Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Services Open Framework.
The Framework has been established to support the delivery of digital, data and technology services aligned to NRW's organisational and digital transformation objectives. It provides flexible access to specialist capability across the lifecycle of digital services and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
Services under the Framework include, but are not limited to Digital Service Design, Data Analytics and AI Services, Platforms, Integration and Development, Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure Services, Technical Consultancy, Support and Capability Uplift and Agile Delivery and Coaching.
The Framework has been established as an Open Framework in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The initial framework term is three years, with Natural Resources Wales intending to reopen the Framework once during the maximum eight-year term in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the Framework Agreement.
The Framework is for the exclusive use of Natural Resources Wales. Call-Off Contracts may be awarded in accordance with the Framework Agreement through either a Competitive Selection Process or Award Without Competition where permitted by the Framework Agreement.
Following completion of the procurement process, Framework Agreements have been awarded to the successful suppliers identified within this Contract Award Notice.
