Capital Major Works refers to the delivery of high-value, large-scale projects, major repairs, and significant void (empty homes) refurbishments undertaken to maintain, replace, repair, or enhance critical building components across the Employer's housing stock.

These works may originate from any service area, including reactive repairs, voids, planned programmes, estates, or other operational functions.
