Following a review of the contract requirements, NAC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide inspection, maintenance and repair services for selected SuDS assets located throughout North Ayrshire. The revised procurement reflects an updated site list and current anticipated maintenance requirements. The Contract will operate as a Measured Term Contract (MTC) on a call-off basis. Works will be instructed by NAC in accordance with operational requirements, site conditions and available budgets throughout the Contract period. The Contract will be awarded under the SBCC Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland 2019 Edition (MTC/Scot), as supplemented by the Preliminaries and other Contract Documents issued as part of this procurement. The initial Contract Period will be three (3) years with the option, at NAC's sole discretion and subject to satisfactory performance and funding, to extend the Contract by up to a further one (1) year. |
