Habinteg Housing Association / Hoyler Developments ltd (The Client) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4) to procure Employers agent, and Clerk of Works Consultancy Services at Tooting and Mitcham-South London.
The project will be developed using a development agreement. BWA will act as Employer's Representatives. Others will act for the Developer as Employer's Agents.
