Brief Description of Requirement

Government reforms to employment regulations brought in as part of the Government's Employment Rights Act and 'Make Work Pay' agenda are likely to have far-reaching effects on GB workplaces. This will create demands for senior leaders and managers to advance their skills in handling individual and collective forms of workplace disagreements

and potential conflict. Government reforms to collective employment relations may lead to organisations who have never worked with trade unions finding themselves doing so.
