Description

The Scottish Police Authority has a requirement for the provision of Acquisitions, Disposals and Professional Property Services to support its operational and strategic objectives. The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to co-ordinate, manage and deliver these services in an efficient, timely and compliant manner.

The appointed Contractor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery, providing professional advice, handling complex property matters, and ensuring value for money. These services will support effective asset management, minimise risk, and enable the Authority to make informed decisions in relation to the acquisition and disposal of property assets.

Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) is required. The contract is expected to commence on 1st September 2026 for an initial period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods, subject to the Authority's discretion.
