Description
Newcastle City Council is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of its intention to undertake a procurement exercise for a new Alternative Provision and Specialist Tuition Framework, replacing the current arrangements which are due to expire in March 2027.
The Council commissions Alternative Provision and Specialist Tuition services to support children and young people who are unable to access, or would benefit from support in addition to, mainstream education. The future framework will seek to ensure the continued availability of high-quality, safe and effective provision that meets the diverse needs of children and young people across the city.
