Asset Disposal Management Consultancy

Sefton Council has a significant Asset Disposal Programme in place covering a number of sites and properties, the sales of which are required to fund the Councils Framework for Change agenda. The Council is appointing a supplier for the provision of Asset Management Consultancy Advice in connection with its Asset Disposal Programme.

This is a direct award from Lot 1 of Pagabo's National Framework for Professional Services in Construction and Premises 2024 (reference AVP-TEA-3001)

Estimated costs: £87,758 inc VAT at 20% per year / £175,516 inc VAT at 20% over the life of the contract including extensions.
