Description
The Environment Agency (EA) is seeking supplier participation in a face to face pre-market engagement event in relation to the forthcoming procurement of an Asset Operation, Maintenance, and Response 2 (AOMR 2) Framework. This will be in person event on 14 September 2026 in Birmingham.
The purpose of this interactive event is to provide information and gather additional feedback from the market which will help to develop the framework design.
AOMR 2 is the replacement of 2 existing EA frameworks for maintenance of EA Flood defence assets and also includes vegetation management, habitat creation and incident response.

Ahead of the event we will share a briefing pack, containing background material on the development of AOMR2, details on how we have actioned market feedback to date, and a number of questions and subjects we ask you to give consideration to in advance of the event. This pack will be issued approximately 5 days prior to the event.
Due to limited venue capacity, we ask for no more than two delegates per supplier. There will be a morning session and an afternoon session, please only sign up to one of these. Spaces are limited and will be first come first served.
Please note: This is NOT a call for competition.
The procurement remains subject to approval. The EA does not intend to be bound by any information at this stage and makes no commitment to incorporate any recommendations or suggestions within the final procurement documents.
