This service is aimed at adults aged 55 years of age and over experiencing hearing and communication difficulties. <br/><br/>This modification notice is being published to reflect the transition of the contract from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) regime to the Provider Selection Regime 2023 (PSR 2023) under Direct Award Process B. As part of this transition, the total contract value has increased by more than 25% compared to the original contract value. In accordance with the requirements of the PSR 2023, a modification notice is therefore being published to ensure transparency regarding the change in contractual arrangements and contract value.<br/><br/>Total value of 12 month extension £29,126 with uplift to be applied in line with NHSPS (Total lifetime value of previous contract £109,895 therefore now £139,021) <br/><br/>Contract extension 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2027 (Previous contract 01.07.2022 - 31.03.2026)<br/><br/>This is an existing provider for an existing service.
