Awaab's Law Phase 2 - Delivery Assurance and Project Management Support

Specialist consultancy support to strengthen delivery of Saxon Weald's Awaab's Law Phase 2 programme. Baytree will: (1) quality assure the translation of agreed business processes into clear, prioritised system requirements; (2) assess Infinity's proposed BRIKHousing delivery against the minimum viable requirements, identify functional or technical gaps, business impacts and risks, and recommend proportionate alternatives or controlled workarounds; and (3) provide project management support on Saxon Weald's behalf, including an initial project health check, maintenance of the integrated plan, resource coordination, fortnightly workstream meetings, weekly highlight reporting and RAID management.
