Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Rail Services provision for prisoners at HMP /YOI Lincoln. The supplier will design and deliver 4 comprehensive classroom-based accredited railway training programmes leading to accredited rail industry qualifications. The programme shall prepare learners for entry-level employment within the rail sector and provide the additional industry requirements necessary to support progression into work following release.
