Award of Ceredigion, Aberystwyth Public Library - Roof Refurbishment Works / Dyfarniad Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, Llyfrgell Gyhoeddus Aberystwyth – Gwaith Adnewyddu'r To

Ceredigion County Council is awarding the services of a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake roofing refurbishment works. The works include the removal of the existing roofing systems to three (3) flat roofs and the installation of the Garlands StressPly Flex Plus System. In addition, works to pitched roof elements will include repairs to gutters and parapets. The Contract will run for an estimated 10 weeks. Only contractors holding current Garland UK Approved Contractor status will be considered eligible for this contract. Proof of approval must accompany the tender.

Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion yn dyfarnu contract i gontractwr cymwys a phrofiadol i ymgymryd â gwaith adnewyddu toeau. Mae'r gwaith yn cynnwys tynnu'r systemau to presennol oddi ar dri (3) tho gwastad a gosod System Garlands StressPly Flex Plus. Yn ogystal, bydd y gwaith ar rannau o doeau ar oledd yn cynnwys atgyweirio gwterau a pharapetau. Bydd y contract yn para am amcangyfrif o 10 wythnos.
