Award of Contract for Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services for a New School Build

Following completion of the procurement exercise and subsequent notices, this notice confirms signature of the Contract for Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to support the development of a new special school in Wrexham for pupils with additional learning needs.

This project represents a significant investment in specialist education provision within the County and is being progressed through the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning programme.
