Award of ICT Advisory Services

The Council is procuring a contract for the provision of independent ICT services. The service will provide access to specialist strategic, technical and executive-level ICT expertise to support the Council’s digital, technology and transformation objectives as follows:• Technical advisory support for ICT implementation, service improvement and optimisation• Strengthen ICT governance, risk management and cyber resilience• Support the development and delivery of ICT and digital strategies• Inform technology investment and procurement decisions• Enhance leadership capability and digital maturity across the organisation• Ensure technology decisions align with organisation priorities and deliver value for money• Access to specialist research, industry trends and emerging technology insights
