Description
Due to ongoing leaks internally and deterioration of the Velux Style Windows at the Comely Bank, it was agreed to replace the existing Flat Roof.Works to include:RoofingScaffolding access to enable safe access and egress to the works. Safely remove slates around the Velux windows. Install new flashing kits, then re-slate.Velux WindowsRemove, supply and fit 36 new, Velux or generic equivalent pine windows.DebrisRemove all debris upon completion
