Supported Living Flooring - Lot 2 (North West & Cumbria)

Progress Housing Group conducted a procurement exercise for the provision of Supported Living Flooring Services across multiple geographical regions within England and Scotland. The contract covers the supply, uplift, preparation and installation of flooring and associated floor coverings within supported living properties, including responsive replacements in occupied and void homes. The service is intended to support the delivery of safe, durable and high-quality flooring solutions for vulnerable residents, whilst ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, customer service standards and environmental obligations. The procurement was divided into eight geographical lots to ensure effective regional coverage and efficient service delivery.
