Best Start In Life Parenting Service

Medway Council is seeking to commission a Best Start in Life (BSiL) Parenting Service to deliver evidence-based parenting support to families with children in the early years. The service will play a significant role achieving the ambitions set out in the Best Start in Life Guidance for Parenting and Home Learning. The Best Start Family Hub Network should deliver a high quality parenting and home learning environment (HLE) offer for families with children aged 0-5, combining face to face and digital support, clear guidance on how to support children’s development, and targeted evidence based interventions.
