Platform Housing Group sought to appoint an auditing contractor to provide an independent auditing service.
Auditing activities are required across a range of building safety activities including the following:
- Gas safety inspections
- Electrical safety inspections
- Renewable heating systems
- Solid Fuel & Oil fired heating systems
- Asbestos
- Legionella risk assessments
- Passenger lift maintenance
- Fumes investigations
