The programme will typically encompass comprehensive internal refurbishments and associated enabling works, which may include upgrades to building fabric, mechanical and electrical systems, welfare facilities, office layouts, and depot operational spaces, aligned to corporate standards and evolving business needs. The property portfolio is either owned or leased. These include: • General Office Accommodation • Depots (Offices plus Storage and Vehicle/Plant Hard standing) • Training Centres (Internal and External Training) • Data Centres and Comms Rooms • Stores and Yards • Office accommodation attached to other non- operational sites ScottishPower intends to tender these works under an NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, with the successful tenderer appointed as Principal Contractor. Minimum Criteria to be invited to take part in a Tender: Suppliers must return their expression of interest by the deadline date in order to be invited to take part in a qualification (AQ) process. Only suppliers that pass the AQ criteria will be invited to take part in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). AQ activity will be managed by e-mail. Subsequent ITT activity will be managed via IBuy SAP Ariba Portal. Please email your Expression of Interest to Michael Connelly at: Michael.Connelly@Scottishpower.com The deadline for submission of your expression of interest is 17:00 hours 14th August 2026. Following expressions of interest Suppliers will be invited by SPUK to complete an Additional Questionnaire (AQ). In order to receive the AQ Suppliers must first register on the SPUK Go Supply qualification system via the following link Supplier Registration Link: https://www.scottishpower.com/suppliers/supplier_portal/do_you_want_to_become_a_scottishpower_supplier The deadline for registering as a Supplier is 17:00 14th August 2026.
