Infill existing roof lights and making good to the roof structure due to vandalism/Unauthorized access.
New roofing finish with anti-slip aggregate.
Brick repairs to the existing clam shell roof.
Alter existing man safe systems and signage to existing roof detail.
Make good to internal corridor finishes.
