BUS SHELTER SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND ADVERTISING SERVICES - PETERBOROUGH

The appointed concessionaire shall be responsible for selling and manage advertising in approved display boards, utilising the latest technology in and around the city, which includes:

• The supply, installation, maintenance, and removal (as necessary) of a minimum of 34 approved bus shelters / display boards in Peterborough during the initial installation phase of the contract.
• The selling and management of advertising space on the display boards/units.
• Making proposals for additional bus shelters / display boards to be supplied, installed, maintained, and removed (as necessary) at new sites throughout the contract period.
• Supplying, installing, maintaining, and removing (in exceptional services) display boards/units at the request of the authority.
• Relocating and/or removing existing boards which are affected by development works (subject to approval by the authority and at the expense of the concessionaire).

This is a concessions contract - the successful concessionaire will be required to pay a guaranteed quarterly payment to the authority, in addition to a percentage of the revenue generated through the sale of advertising space.
