Description
C&C Renal Dietetics Service -Deliver the required renal dietetic support across the Lincolnshire renal haemodialysis units and home/peritoneal dialysis clinics. The service supports patient reviews, dietetic advice, patient education, MDT participation, nursing staff education and timely recording.
